Refund policy

FOR 101010 LEATHERS US:

We hope you enjoy the product but understand if a return must be processed. We offer returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that the return will be at your charge. You can return your item for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Return instructions are as follows:

• Contact 101010leathers.us@gmail.com and let us know that you will be making a return (kindly provide a brief reason).
• Please ship back the item within 15 days the package was delivered. 
• Please provide tracking number via email once the item has been shipped. The return will not be accepted under any circumstance if the tracking is not provided. We are not responsible if the item is lost during transit.
• Once the item is returned and received by 101010 Leathers US, the item will be inspected to ensure they are in good condition and have not been used.
• A store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment will be issued after the inspection is approved.
• Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
